OK - Dave and I at Celia's home. That would be Celia on the right.
[Dave also took photos.]
There are four small basement windows like this - two with plywood boards instead of glass.
Front side of home.
Damage to front door.
Windows from inside basement.
Right - this is the log cabin (110 years old).
It needs to be wheel-chair accessible for Celia's daughter.
We did not get a look inside the cabin.
I think all the windows had screens nailed over them.
Back of cabin. Probably could use some chinking.
Now we're at Angel's house. [I don't have any pix at Marlene's home.]
That's the kitchen vent that needs sealing on the roof.
Maybe partial glass.
No glass in lower half.
We moving stuff to try to access the plumbing under the house.
Outhouse at St. Julia's. Decent enough inside.
Except it needs a new roof!
Hilltop cemetery at Pine Ridge.
A lot of the graves held babies or young children.
Sunday morning before church. Dave and I walking the streets of Pine Ridge, where we had slept overnight.
[We're not going to be working on this house!]
Right - last summer there was a forest fire in the pine forest circling Our Lady of Lourdes complex. No bldgs damaged, however.
Near Bridgeport, NB.
Tractors never die.
Generally, all they really need is some fresh rubber!
